The shipment must be tracked and insured. Once the objects have been received and the checks on their integrity and authenticity have been made, a credit note will be issued in favor of the buyer equal to the amount paid for the purchase of the object. However, the costs that the buyer incurred to return the object which he made use of the right of reconsideration will not be refunded.

Return and refund in case of receipt of damaged items:
Before accepting delivery, the buyer is obliged to check the packaging box and verify that it is intact, with no signs of wear or damage. If the packaging shows signs of damage, the buyer must have "ACCEPT WITH RESERVE" written on the delivery note. If it does not, no return or refund can be made.
If, on the other hand, you have written I ACCEPT WITH RESERVE on the delivery note and the object is damaged, you must proceed as follows:
Write an email to info@prezzoconveniente.eu explaining that you have received a damaged item, attach photos of the packaging paper, the documents contained therein and the damaged item.
